I have a lots of tiny tiny tiny white pimples on the labia part of my vagina. They are not sore and are really only visible when I stretch the skin. I had been diagnosed with gential herpes and previous to discovering these tiny spots I had endured flu, headaches, body and muscle aches and genital tingling. I also have a discharge that appears as white/very light yellow which doesn't print on my underwear and is only visible when I wipe after urinating. Is it possible that these small pimples are related to herpes? I am very frightened that I have contracted gential warts also?
