Suggest Treatment For Tiredness After Taking Metrogyl For Giardiasis

hello i have amoebas both hishoytica and giadrdia both in the stomach .i took for 2 weeks flagyl 400 3pills a day and today doctor says after stool test today its still there and to take metrogyl 400 6 pills a day for 21 days!!!!they are full carcinogenic. i feel my self fool tired no energy what shall i do what about leaver with all this antibiotic ?and i need power to work?
