Hello
You are taking metformin as well as glimipiride ( 500 mg & 2 gm respectively ).
But the post prandial blood sugar is not much high . While empty stomach it is 71 mg/dl ( within normal range ).
The symptoms , feeling in the afternoon ( tiredness , palpitation ) are not typical but characteristic feature of HYPOGLYCEMIA ( decrease in blood sugar level ) and both these drugs may develop such symptoms .
Above all you didn't mention your age , and weight ,so this is also important .
In my opinion development of HYPOGLYCEMIA is not good for you .
Consult your treating physician , so that either decrease the doses or change the medicine . Till take biscuits for relief.
Hope this will help you.
