Suggest Treatment For Tobacco Addiction

Hello, I started dipping tobacco at age 15. I continued for about 7 years and stopped for 2 years. I recently got the urge due to stress levels increasing and started occasionally dipping again. Its been a few months that i started dipping again. I really want to stop and would also like to know my chances of getting cancer. Thankyou

Hello,

The thing is that you need to do meditation and join a program like narcotics anonymous 12 steps meetings to recover.

This always does work. Also you don't need to worry about cancer as after quitting, in 5 years, your cancer risk will be same as a non-user of tobacco.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar
