You are addicted to cigarette smoking and in absence of smoking you develop constipation. You are compelled to take tobacco to prevent this constipation. Basically this occurs due to nicotine dependence. So to prevent this constipation and other withdrawal effects in smoking cessation nicotine replacement is advised. Khaini or tobacco chewing will instead worsen the situation as this may increase risk of oral cancer. In such case usually nicotine containing chewing gum can prove useful. These gums prevent withdrawal of nicotine. To prevent restlessness, anxiety and craving due to withdrawal medicines like Bupropion, Varenicline etc can prove useful. I would advise you to consult a psychiatrist for prescription of these drugs and for smoking cessation.
Thanks, hope this helps
