CT scan or something to see what is going on?
Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have tonsillitis and swollen lymphnode. Your swollen lymph nodes are most likely to be due to reactive hyperplasia. You should complete your course of antibiotics. If it does not respond to treatment then biopsy diagnosis is advisable to rule out tuberculosis or lymphoma. For pain relief you can take ibuprofen or other analgesic. CT scan has no role. Hope I have answered your question, if you have any doubts then contact me at bit.ly/Drsanghvihardik, I will be happy to answer you. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
