Hi! Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
I read your query. Do you see any cavity in that tooth or adjacent teeth? Do you see any swelling in the gum around that teeth?
Your symptoms corelate with dental infection.
I suggest you to visit a dentist and get it checked. Meanwhile, if warm water does not hurt, then do warm saline rinses. Do not apply hot or cold from outside mouth. Starting antibiotic course will help in reducing infection but only after prescription.
Strong painkiller like Aceclofenac will help.
Final treatment may be RCT or extraction depending on tooth condition.
Hope the answer helps you. Thank you.
