Suggest Treatment For Torn Frenulum On Penis

Hi doctor, I recently tore my frenulum during oral. When it tore there was pain but no blood. It s been 4-5 days and the pain has been on and off. Lately the pain has gone away but my tip feels a little bit numb, sort of like suffocating. Additionally my balls are swollen. I m am very worried and am too embarrassed to see a doctor is there anything I can do? Please get back to me, thanks a lot!

Hi,

For the torn frenulum, you must consult a urologist personally and if the cut is severe you can do suture.

The numbness can be due to diabetes, suffocation can be due to diabetes and hypertension; swelling of balls can be due to hernia, torsion testis and orchitis.

Rule out for those mentioned conditions, based on that only treatment can be given.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr S.R.Raveendran, Sexologist
