Hi
Welcome to healthcaremagic
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are having partial loss of cartilage of your kneecaps. Treatment of it is Diacerine and glucosamine. Analgesic such as ibuprofen can be taken for pain relief. For tendinitis of gluteal medius tendon rest and analgesic is important. You can avoid walking and take few weeks of rest. You can discuss with your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you.
