I am asking this for my brother. He is 29 yrs old and got married. He is diagnosed to have trabeculated bladder and the doctor prescribed medical management and to wait for surgical management after 10 years. Is there any need to do surgery now or whether it will leads any other complication?
The cause of trabeculated bladder can be various as recurrent infection, stones or narrowing of the urethra or others. The management guidelines depend upon the cause of the condition, rather than mere diagnosis. I would like to assist further if you want ahead with the scanned reports of your brother in follow up session.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thank you. Take care.
