Suggest Treatment For Tumor In The Parotid Artery

I just had an MRI and have a small tumor on my Perotid Artery I am having an ultrasound in 2 days. Every Hour or so it causes me the most sever pain you can imagin from the top of my heah ,down the whole left Side of my face,and down my neck,left side, and my vision blurs , How can I deal with this pain Right now I apply an ice bag to my head. Take Motrin. I have a pain med from the dr but do not want to live On those. I only use those when th pain will not stop.

Hi.
I looks you are suffering from Trigeminal Neuralgis. A tumor on the parotid artery may not have anything to do with this.
Go for a second opinion of another ENT / Neurologist.
Go for a Fresh MRI for the study of the Trigeminal Nerve.
You have to take specific medicines for neuralgia, and get an injection therapy or radiofrequency ablation or surgical placement of fat and foam in between the artery and the nerve.
Till then you may need Gabapentin or so under the care of a Neurologist.
