I was told I had a benign tumor on my shin after an X-ray on my knee. It got hit during a basketball game and had a bruise for a long time, the bruise has since subsided but the lump seems to have got bigger and hurts a lot after standing at work for long periods of time.
I will advise computerised tomography of local tumour site to see local soft tissue involvement get a tumour removal done with bone grafting at local site if it affects your daily activities sports have to be avoided for some time
