hello my name is Kimberly I am 29 yrs old, I have had consistent for about 2 weeks it just came on all the sudden then today I had this pain shot from the left side of my neck and down my left arm I started shaking little my face started twitching my tough felt fat and the shaking got a little worse about 20mins later everything subsided I then noticed this after noon that the blood vessels in my left eye r busted can u help me

coronary involvement be ruled out. take ECG and consult cardiologist. regarding eye it needs to be totally examined.vision refraction and fundus examination is to be done. iot may be measured. symptoms have neurological element next indication is migraine. for that take tab migrainil one tablet to start with and increase up to 6tablettill improve from all symptoms. you can see only conjuctival vessel. it can be due to hypertension. hyper tensive profile be done

already replied and stand by the advise given.answer was given in detail. request to exclude hypertension and migraine. twitching can be a tits. it is some time linked to anxiety. so try to reduce anxiety. yoga and meditation may help
