Suggest Treatment For Two Small Brown Spots On The Foot
I have two brown spots on my left foot just below my ankle. At first I thought my foot was just dirty but after washing they were still there. They look like oversized freckles or small bruises and are close enough together to look like I was bitten, though there is no pain, itchiness or soreness. What could this be?
The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is Seborrheic keratosis which is a benign condition characterised by multiple asymptomatic papular lesions which have a classical stuck on appearance as described by you.The lesions do not require any further treatment and can be left alone. However if it is of cosmetic concern to you they can be removed by ablative lasers like carbon dioxide laser.Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
