Suggest Treatment For Typhoid Fever And Kidney Pain
I was diagnosed having typhoid fever last month . I had it two years ago and was treated with antibiotics , but it came back I used antibiotics again , the no. declined from 300 to 80 but I still suffer from the symptoms and having pain in my kidney what should I do ?

Hi I can understand your concern...
Noted you are having typhoid....
So because of that you are having muscular pain and so feeling it....
Just now consult doc and if needed hospitalisation for 3 to 5 days needed.
Take intravenous ceftriaxone for 3 days.
Then after take oral cefixime for 10 days.
Meanwhile take small diet with frequent interval....
Avoid excess oily and fatty food.
Fruit juice best one....
Soft and bland diet taken....
Non veg food avoided....
Egg and pulse like protein useful.
Take care.
Stool culture after treatment should come negative....
USG done in your case.
