Suggest Treatment For Ulcers On Scrotum When Suffering From HIV

i am hiv positive and for almost 2 years now i have been suffering with ulcers. first it start on my inner butts . after a long struggle it got finished now i have more ulcers on my scrotum so painful and itchy i am just confused and don,t know what to do

Since you are having HIV and also must be taking treatment for it .
You developed some ulcers on inner butts 2 years ago and cured .
Now ulcers are on scrotum and having excruciating pain .
Frankly speaking I want to tell you that this is an OPPORTUNISTIC infections , particularly occurs in HIV positive patient .
Without physical examination it is very difficult to advise any treatment .
In my opinion first of all get in biopsy of the ulcer .
After biopsy report we will be able to advise something about the treatment.
However , these ulcers may be due to varicella-zoster virus disease .
immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome.
So consult your treating physician and get his opinion or upload reports.
