Suggest Treatment For Ulcreation In Vagina After Using Hair Removing Cream

hello,i had applied the hair removing cream on 14th of this month.while remoivng d pubic hair i saw some blood coming for the 1st time in my life.i didnt pay any attention.form last 4 days i have observed burining sensation while urinating.now i have observed light ulcration above my vagina.its very pianful and burning as well.i applied candid ointment but there is no effective result. what do i do nw??
