I am 27 years old. At 21 I had double inguinal hernia surgery. At the time of the surgery I was 170lbs. Since the surgery I maintained the same eating and workout regimen. Within 2 months of surgery I was 200lbs and within 4 months my weight leveled out between 220 and 225. Over the last 6 years I have done every workout and diet under the sun and the lowest I ve gotten was while I was deployed in Afghanistan. I dipped down to 214 after 4 months of deployed life. During this time I also had an Umbilical hernia. Is there a possibility of a surgery complication that hasn t been fixed? Is there any reason why I still can t get my weight down?
