Suggest Treatment For Uncontrollable Blood Sugar Levels

Hi Myself Zuber 4 Months back i was diagnosed for Diabetic
My age is 29
HBA1c 8.4
TriGly 580

I am on medication
Amryl M1 before lunch
Cetapin 500mg after dinner
Stanlip
Rosovel Statin 40 mg
Ecosprin 75mg

My last HBA1c was 5.7. However some time my PP sugar level rose to 200.
Please help me if I am taking the right medication.

Mention your weight & height.
Continue your medicines.
Control your weight.
Take fresh fruits & plenty of water.
Avoid smoking,alcohol,coffee,cola,junk food.
Exercise regularly.
Normal blood sugar is less than 120mg fasting & less than 200 mg 2 hours after food.
Normal HbA1c is less than 7 %.
Triglyceride less than 150 mg.
Change your life style.
Your doctor will increase the dose of Metformin ,depend on weight.

Dear Friend, greetings from HCM. I understand your question. As your HbA1c is with in 6 it indicates that the overall sugar control is good. Fasting and post prodial sugars varies. You divide your meal in to 4 to 5 small parts. Take more of green leafy vegetables, fruits, oats and other fiber rich food stuff. Avoid carbohydrates take more of protein rich food. Egg , fish, sprouts. Take nuts and dry fruits than going for chips or any other fried or processed food stuff. Do exercise regularly at least walk for an hour a day. Yoga and meditation also helps. These lifestyle changes plus the present medications you are on , are good. They help s yiu to keep sugar constantly in control
