Hello,
I just read your query. As all your psychological symptoms are related to death of your cat. So i would advise you to bring another cat or any other pet as it will help you a lot and improves the mental condition.
*But if you find it difficult to bring another pet, then do divert your mind with your hobbies and can try new activities like dancing, yoga etc.
* You can also take help of psychiatrist in case you think its very hard to overcome the situation.
* I hope you find my answer helpful.
Thank you.
