Suggest Treatment For Unresolved Branch Occlusion
Have a branch occlusion which does not appear to be dissolving and have had gastric bypass so lack certain enzymes would the proteolytic enzymes serrapeptase, querctin or bromelain be useful. Also have high blood pressure that norvasasc 10 mg does not appear to be handling

High blood pressure is the commonest cause for retinal vein occlusions. Branch occlusion might involve macula affecting vision significantly. Resolution of these lesions take 3-6months.
First you need good control of Blood pressure, i cannot emphasize more on it. Artery and vein share same covering sheath hence when artery becomes rigid due to uncontrolled BP it compresses veins especially at there crossings.
And there might be need for angiography evaluation of retina and laser treatment which will be decided by status.
