Suggest Treatment For Upper Abdominal Pain

My daughter has been having severe upper to lower abdominal pains for three days now. Treatment of ulcer has not help and tests so far done are yet to reveal any ailment. Please help the pains are unbearable as painkiller injections only last for few hours. Your early advice will be appreciated.
