I have been walking 2 miles, 5 days a week for 4 weeks. Age 54, 160 lbs. I have suddenly started having upper thigh pain in the back of my leg, almost like a cramp. No swelling or bruising. I have not hit it. I sit all day at work, that is why I try to walk 4-5 evenings a week. Never had this pain before. It also feels like the leg that is hurting is longer than the other leg. Does not start hurting until about 2:00 p.m. until I go to sleep at night which is around midnight.
