Hello! I am 42 years old with urethral stricture and have undergoing cytoscopy for approximently 2-3 years. I have been diagnosed with vulvar lichen sclerosis, bilateral apical lung scarring, white matter lesions on occipital portion of brain, vertigo, and a neurogenic bladder. Neurologist not sure if early MS or Parkinsons. I am currently on high doses of Methotrexate to help lengthen the cytoscopy procedures. When I started becoming septic, my procedures were every 4 weeks but with Methotrexate, every 7 weeks. My urologist currently tells me that the head of my ureters are scarring closed and their is no treatment or surgery that an be done to help my condition. My dermatologist believes that I may have a mixed form of Scleroderma that my bloodwork does not confirm. Any suggestions?
