Suggest Treatment For Urinary Incontinence And Abdominal Pain

40 yo wf with hx of left oopherectomy and bilateral tubal experiencing left lower quadrant pain, urinary changes with increasing incontinence(denies burning or pain with urination, regularly irregular menses (variations in duration 2 to 7 days and increasing pain level). US pelvis: anteverted uterus measuring 10.2 x 4.2 x 6.4cm. Endometrial stripe measure 1 cm. Right ovary 4.5 X 2.6 X 2.7cm. There is a 2.7cm ovarian cyst. Normal intra ovarian flow. No free pelvic fluid. What should my concerns be?
