Suggest Treatment For Urinary Incontinence And Anxiety

I can not get to toilet wet myself all time and up in night twice or more and also wet through with sweat then shivering twice or more at night I have a wee ten to fifteen times a day wet myself wen out it just comes on I can t help it its so upsetting iv clammy cold hands all day so cold I feel ill depressed I have a throyd disease and arthartis anxiety I dt no how to get though my days so tired and pain in my back making my foot numb Al time I dt sleep iv lost my daughter at thirteen I can not get over it

You have not mentioned your age and gender in your query.

Based on the facts that you have arthritis I assume that you are elderly person above the age of 55 years
.
If you are a male the symptoms that you have are mostly due to enlarged prostate with secondary UTI .You need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and get following basic tests done to establish the diagnosis.
1) Urine culture
2) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen .
3) Serum PSA.

Take antibiotic as per culture report .

Further treatment will be decided by concerned Urologist .

If you are female your symptoms are mostly due to post menopausal urethral stenosis.You need to consult Urologist to do endoscopic examination of bladder and urethra calibration .
