Suggest Treatment For Urinary Incontinence

When coming down of MDMA or speed I have the sensation of a full bladder that s often painful, but struggle to pee. Often there is a little pee but the sensation is there s a lot more but it won t come. Due to the discomfort I end up constantly having to run to the toilet ever 5-15 mins for a a couple of hours. It eventually passes but I m its a horrible experience and I m wondering if I could have damaged my kidneys or if it s normal.
