Following are the causes of your problem
Excessive Alcohol and caffeine use, Artificial sweeteners and corn syrup, Blood pressor medication, Large dose of vitamin B and C, Intake of food high in sugars,
Urinary tract infection, Constipation,
Enlarged prostate,

1. Bladder training
2. Double voiding
3. Scheduled toilet every 3-4 hours

6. Pelvic floor exercise
7. Maintain weight
Drugs
1. Oxybutynin, tamsulosin
2. Mirabegran

You can put urethral insert if not response to drugs and behavior technique.
Last option is surgery is problem is severe and not respond to above treatment
1. Bladder neck obstruction
2. Artificial urinary sphincter
