What is the most common cause of frequent urination? I am 51 and within the last few months have started to get up at least 4 times during the night, and many more during the day. I know it is not a UTI because I have had them before, I have no burning sensation.

might your prostate gland got enlarged. just do a ultrasound Kub region with post void residual Urine and serum PSA level check.
