Suggest Treatment For Urinary Incontinence
MY 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER HAS ALWAYS HAD TOILET PROBLEMS MAINLY DUE TO LAZINESS BUT HER KNICKERS SMELL OF URINE EVEN WHEN THEY ARE DRY... SHE STILL LEAKS URINE IN THE DAY,,SHE APPEARS TO HAVE NO CONCERN OF THIS AND CAN NOT SMELL THE ODOUR THAT EVERYONE ELSE CAN.. PLEASE HELP

* As per my clinical experience, the issue can be from various reasons as chronic urinary tract infection, problems with bladder tonicity, systemic issues as diabetes or so forth.
* Needs a detailed evaluation with lab tests, ultrasound, cystoscopy with or without CT abdomen & pelvis for the final diagnosis and further care.
