Up to 5 WBC is acceptable in urine. If it is more than five then it may suggest urinary tract infection(UTI). Your findings may indicate recurrent UTI. Diabetic patients are more prone to infection,so should try to control blood sugar level. You may need proper clinical examination and routine investigations. Investigations include routine hemogram, renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity, ultrasound of abdomen.
You may need to take antibiotics based on culture and sensitivity report. You should drink plenty of water.
