Suggest Treatment For Urine Infection
Hi I got my urine test done in which 18-20 pus cell came in report. Then my doctor suggested to go for urine culture and result came as no bacteria found. As in negitive result. What should I do further? My doctor has given medicine zoxan, zifi,vizalayc, AF150. Please suggest

Hello
Excess pus cells in urine may suggest urinary tract infection(UTI).
You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen.
No growth of bacteria in culture may be due to many reasons.
You have been prescribed right medicines,you should complete full course.
You should drink plenty of water.
