Suggest Treatment For Urine Infection

I have urine infection and doctor has suggested me Tab nexpro-rd (40), Tab Zanocin, tab medomol (650) & tab beeelac forte. I just want to know if i have been given right anti biotic. Doctor also says I would need to take a injection which costs 850 (India Rupees) for 5 days. Is this a right treatment?
