General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my surgical experience, the urine leakage post a bladder stone removal surgery; indicates a problem with internal urethral sphincter, urethra or residual stone fragment inside. In our set up we recommend diagnostic cystoscopy for the permanent cure as there should not be suffering to this extent after laser surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
