I m 29 weeks and 5 days pregnant, and anytime after I eat I start to cramp a little at the top of my uterus. I m assuming that s what it is that s cramping anyway. I know they re not contractions, and my little guy is still moving a lot, but is there anything I can do to help the cramps? It s just at the top of my uterus and my mid to upper back. I feel like I m super hungry too, but any time I eat I get these cramps.
