Suggest Treatment For Uterine Fibroids

i have a severe pain during menstral period..so i consult my doctor about it.she ask me to get an xray of pelvis.The report of xray is multiple well circumscribed hypoechoic mass lesions seen in whole uterus ,consistent with multiple intramural finroids.largest one is seen in fundus,other two fabroids are measuring 3.7 x 2.5cm and 3.2 x 1.6cm seen at posterior and anterior wall of uterus respectively.both ovaries seen normal with no mass and cysts.

Since you have multiple fibroids, you need specific treatment. Also, the detectable fibroids are of significant size. The management, is based on several things like your age, your fertility status, the need for bearing children, general condition etc. There are medical means, non-invasive procedures, minimally invasive techniques and the traditional methods of surgery.
