General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Bleeding while urination after trauma require further evaluation to rule out kidney hematoma. Most hematoma collections clear up by itself with adequate rest. But it is important to follow up with your physician to confirm the diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal, General & Family Physician
