Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Discharge

since i gave birth to my 9 months old i started having vaginal discharge every day, i have a shower and it stops it for a couple of hours but then it starts again, i know i havnt got an sti as i have got tested but this is really getting me down, is there anything i can do to reduce the discharge?
