Hi, I am 28 and my husband is 30 yrs.
I am having vaginal infection from 2-3 days and it appears once in two months or so. One doctor prescribed me :-
- Ginlac V vaginal tablet ( for 4 days)
- Zocon AS kit once a week for 2 weeks ( 2 kit for me and 2 kit for my husband)Other doctor prescried :-- Canestin vaginal tablet (6 days)
- canestin vaginal cream
- Forcan 150 once a week for 3 weeks
- Satrogyl O (2 tablets for 3 days)
My question is for which treatment I should go? If first one then, is it OK that my husband also take those medicines ( in Zocon kit) though he do not have any symptom of infection?
Hi, thanks for writing.. The first tretment with Ginlac and zocon is the correct treatment.. second treatment is also correct but husband should also be treated as the infection can reccur if husband is not treated.. Keep the area clean and dry.. Use condom for intercourse till infection heals completely.. Use loose cotton undergarments.. Hope I have answered your query..Good day..
