hi , i am 24 years old, not married, i always have either water like discharge or sometime yellow thick dischrge or may b white at times, and my vagina itches badly plus i feel irritation alot...what should i do and why does this really happen..its since 7 to 8 yeear or more?
Vaginal itching and discharge could be because of infection. This infection could happen with or without being sexually active. If you are not sexually active it could be because of change in Ph. Use mild vaginal wash which doesn't change pH and use once daily to wash vagina.
You need to take treatment for the present infection also. If you are sexually active it could be because of infection transmitted sexually. Both you and your partner needs treatment. Approach a GP and find out what infection it is and take medicine for that particular infection. Practice safe sex with usage of condom.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
