Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Spotting

hi. i have some bleeding that last for one day and only for an hour. i thought its my period and when i use a napkin until morning, i dont see any blood on it.. and not good to hear about it but im checking my cervix and there is a blooad inside of it.. sometimes after im checking, the whole day after work there is a blood in my undies. thanks.

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

You have complaint of vaginal spotting ....

First rule out pregnancy if period is delayed ...HCG estimation and USG will be helpful...

Second cervix inflammation or uterine fibroid also to be ruled out ...
For that per speculum examination and USG useful.....

Third rule out ovarian causes like cyst by USG .

Pelvic inflammatory disease also can be the cause. USG will be useful....along with urine examination......

Also check your diabetis by sugar estimation and thyroid profile. ...

If needed accordingly you might need pap smear examination or endometrial biopsy like investigation....

Consult gynec doctor for proper examination....
