Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Yeast Infection

I had sex three weeks ago on July 6 and the 10th. Prior to the that the last time I had sex was December 23rd of 2016 followed by me getting pregnant and having a natural miscarriage. I have what seems as friction burns on my labia majora and it is very painful to move around. I visited two different doctors and they ruled out STD. I got a cream Bactrocin and some antibiotics from the first visit. I am also prone to getting yeast infection from the antibiotics so now along with friction burns I have a yeast infection. I am very worried and frustrated that it s almost three weeks and it s not healing. The friction burns have started to bleed and I am really scared. I try to keep the area as dry and clean as possible but it s hard because I sweat a lot and live in the tropics. I even tried castor oil. HELP!!!

Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You are using anti-fungal topical cream, castor oil and keeping it dry,and this is good. You can try Fluticasone oral once.

Hope I have answered the question.
