Suggest Treatment For Valley Fever

Hello. My dad has valley fever, which was diagnosed more than 10 years ago. Recently, he has been having pain in his hips and pain and swelling in his hands. His doctors have been unable to determine what s causing these symptoms. One is treating him as if he has RA. Even though is titer count is low, could he still have symptoms of arthritis related to valley fever? If so, how is it best treated?
