Suggest Treatment For Vertigo While Laying/sitting/standing

vertigo- while laying down, worse with sit/stand, nausea, recent EKG with long standing R BBB , b/p normal 130/80 male 65, weight normal, labs on recent insurance exam all ok including low cholesterol., mood changes-irritable, low grade headache. no pain in arm or neck, or chest, normal breathing, pulse normal. able to eat and sleep well, laying down.

Your symptoms are suggestive of Benign positional vertigo.Avoid noisy environment.Exercise regularly.Breathing exercise and music therapy may be helpful.Anti vertigo drugs like Vertin and anti emetics can be helpful,speak to your doctor regarding the usage of this drug.Get investigations like ECG,2 d echo of your heart,lipid profile for every 3months as a part of screening of your heart.continue with your present medications along with your drugs.Ear examination and x ray paranasal sinuses will be helpful.Consult your doctor for further queries and expert management.
