In the past I experienced virtigo and had to rest in bed. Recently, I have experienced dizziness (like room spinning) when I lower my head. This usually happens when I first get up in the morning. It only lasts a few seconds. This sometimes happens when I begin to lie down in bed but it goes away in a few seconds. What could this be? And would it develop into something serious? Should I see the doctor? Thank you.
