Suggest Treatment For Vestibular Neuritis

Hello: My husband has been suffering with vertigo for 8 months. He was diagnosed with vestibular neuritis. He has been to vestibular rehab, which helped his balance but he is still dizzy. They said there is nothing left he can do. So, my question, could this be something else? If so, what other diagnoses would you explore? He is excessively tired during the day everday, which is very much not like him. thank you!
