Suggest Treatment For Viral Gastritis And Vomiting

My daughter had viral fever last week from Monday night till Thursday night.. With vomiting yellow fluid .. Doctor said its viral gastritis.. Was giving paracetamol for 3 days.. Meanwhile she got itchingon her feet n legs.. Now softer after fever is gone, suddenly she feels itchy all over the body now n then.. Now the feet redness n itching are gone.. But At night she is having disturbed sleep for sometimes itching.. N I also saw her poking into her ears.. Don t know if I should check with doctor now.. Sent from my iPad

Hi here mostly it is viral infection because of history of rashes all over body with itching.for vomiting take domperidone.do your CBC test.start cetrizine for 5 days to relieve itching.drink more water.take semisolid diet.
