Vitamin E improves blood circulation to legs & so prevents
leg cramps.
- Leg cramps are primarily symptom of over exertion/ deficient supply of dietary ingredients helping muscle function.
-- leg cramps are not harmful/not likely to be serious in future ,but are disturbing night sleep many a times.
- Vitamin E can be taken in a capsule form 100-400 inu /day.( doctor's advise)
Natural food having high Vitamin E are- Honey,
wheat germ oil, peanut oil,almonds,Kiwi,sprouts, spinach.
- sufficient intake Vitamin E A, D, calcium,
magnesium,sodium,& water intake
along with regular stretching exercises, avoiding over exertion,exposure to cold are the things which should be included in life style to get rid of the leg cramps.
