Suggest Treatment For Vitiligo

hi! its been 7 years that i ve been noticing some white spots on my lips. And nowadys i notice it is spreading a bit. when i consult the doctor he said it could be vitiligo. i am really worried. for the first treatment he gave oxigard,tacroz ointment and momate cream. what can i do to ged rid of this vitiligo

Hello,

I can understand your concern for treatment of vitiligo on lips. After analyzing your query it appears that you are quite stressed regarding the vitiligo in the face, lip, hand and feet. In all your kind of cases it is quite important to know the extent and progression of the white spots.

In all those cases where there is fast progression of disease is present then I prefer to halt the process by certain immunomodulator drugs. Later on the pigment reversal can be done by Psoralen therapy or other pigment renewing drugs. You can take further guidance from a dermatologist.
