molecule 1 hour prior to breakfast and dinner with 2-3 sips of water.
- avoid all oily, spicy , nonveg stuffs , beverages ,ghee , cheese, excess
sugars , artificial sweeteners
- try to have adequate sound sleep of 8 hours
- chew your food very thoroughly
- avoid going to sleep at least for 2 hours after lunch & dinner
- fix timings of breakfast, lunch , dinner
- avoid
smoking / alcohol / any abuse substances of any kind in any form
- avoid
stress / anxiety
- do very regularly all deep breathing &
meditation exercises with YOGA for
1 hour at home which is the corner stone of your therapy & will give you
tremendous results beyond your believes
- take small amounts of food at regular intervals
- keep your stomach empty 20% empty everytime during your lunch,dinner
- keep your morals high "BE POSITIVE" you are going to come out from all
the bad times one day, daily wait for that time to come
- keep your weight , BP , Blood sugar ,
Cholesterol levels under control
